Delta 9 THC Gummies
10mg D9 THC & 14mg CBD / gummy
Potent. Calming. Made in USA.

Don’t take our word for it.
Here’s what others are saying…
Our manufacturing process
Our all natural process starts with quality, clean, compliant Hemp grown in Tennessee under the TDA Hemp program.
We use food-grade ethanol to extract Hemp into decarboxylated winterized crude oil, and we use rolled film distillation equipment to distill crude oil into Hemp Full Spectrum distillate.
Once we have a clean, tested and quality Hemp Full Spectrum distillate, we use a Flash column chromatography method to formulate our products, ensuring that all products are well under the required 0.3% Total THC by dry weight limit per the 2018 Farm Bill.
Our gummies are always infused and never sprayed to give us the ability to control exact amount of cannabinoids in the gummies.
Because our products are Hemp from start to finish, and because they are under the 0.3% THC limit by dry weight, our products are in the same legal category as any other Full Spectrum CBD product.

Industry information
The Hemp Industries Association has discussed the recent changes with their team of lawyers and has come up with the conclusion that the public needs to realize that Hemp is not considered the same as marijuana, even though it comes from the same plant family, being genus Cannabis.
For this reason, cannabidiol is technically not considered to be part of the controlled substances schedule set out by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
Hemp definition
According to the FDA, Hemp is defined as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”
A Bit More About Hemp-Derived Delta 9 THC Products
Using the 0.3% cutoff, companies have found ways to sell delta 9 THC products that actually ARE legal everywhere in the US.
Let’s quickly revert back to the 2018 Farm Bill, which states that any naturally-derived cannabis compounds are legal, so long as they come from Hemp. And the same applies at the end of the production line. The finished product – be it gummies, vape liquid, topicals, or anything else – needs to have less than 0.3 percent total Delta 9 THC by dry weight.
